Office of Enrollment Management

On behalf of the Office of Enrollment Management, let me also add my welcome to TROY University - Montgomery Campus. We think you have made a wise choice.

By you participating in this Internet Orientation, you probably have already had contact with my office. Whether it has been to request information, turn in an application for admission, or make application for admission via our homepage, you may not have even known you were in contact with the Office of Enrollment Management. If you have not reviewed the information on our homepage, I suggest you take a look. You can view us at http://montgomery.TROY.edu. Our undergraduate and graduate bulletins are there as well as FAQ.

One of the forms you completed for admission was the temporary admission form. If you applied through our homepage, you typed "agree" after reading the statement that appears on the actual form. What you obligated yourself to do was to request official transcripts from all colleges and universities be sent directly to TROY - Montgomery. Even if you registered and withdrew, you must send an official transcript. If you have not attended any other college or university, you must send us an official high school transcript showing graduation date or an official GED test score. Please note that official transcripts are mailed from one institution to another. TROY - Montgomery does not accept hand carried transcripts in sealed envelopes or faxed copies as official.

If you need assistance in requesting transcripts, the Office of Enrollment Management can help by providing a form to request the transcript as well as address of the colleges and universities you attended. The transcript request form is available on our homepage as a part of the application materials. Remember, most institutions charge a fee to send transcripts.

As an adult institution, no admission test score is required for undergraduate admission. However, if you graduated from high school within the past three years and took the ACT or SAT, it is to your advantage to send an official score report to us. Graduate students should consult the Graduate Bulletin for the appropriate admission test score requirements.

Again, welcome to TROY - Montgomery and please call me if I may be of further assistance. You can reach me at (334) 241-9506 or 888-357-8843 or e-mail m01admissions@troy.edu.
