Web Advisor FAQ's

1. Who may use Web Express?
   Anyone can view the schedule; however, only TROY University students who were enrolled in courses within the past two semesters/sessions are eligible to register using Web Express

2. Who is not eligible to use Web Express?

   • Those who have never attended TROY University.
   • Those who last attended TROY - Mongomery as a transient student.
   • Those who last attended TROY University as a transient student.
   • Those who were enrolled as undergrads in the past semester/session and want to enroll as a graduate student in the next semester/session.
   • Those who enroll as a graduating senior for the coming semester/session and who plan to enroll in undergrad and graduate courses.
   • Those who enroll as graduate students but do not have a degree plan signed by a graduate advisor, in their files.
   • Those who are indebted to the University.
   • Those who are on academic hold for admission and/or academic purposes (these holds must be removed before a student may register).
   • Those who have attended another institution since their last enrollment with TROY University.
   • Those who have not enrolled with in the past two semesters/ sessions.
3. How do I log into Web Express?

4. What happens after I register?
   When a student registers by any means (mail, fax, internet, walk-, etc.), he/she will be required to pay at least one- third payment for all tuition and fees owed by first day the semester/sessions begin. Troy University will delete all classes for student who fail to pay at least the one-third payment by this date. Once the classes are voided, those classes in which the students were initially registered may not be available when re-registering as the classes may be filled by other students.
   
   It is important to remember to make the tuition payment so that your classes are not voided. Financial Aid or third-party payments that have been processed and guaranteed/awarded will count toward the one-third payment requirement. Students who are waiting on financial aid or third-party payment of tuition and fees owed by the first day the semester/session begin. The key point is to get financial aid and third party aid processed early.
   
   ONCE REGISTERED, IT WILL BE THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROCESS ANY CHANGES TO THEIR COURSE SCHEDULES - NOT THE UNIVERSITY'S RESPONSIBILITY.

6. What services are NOT available for TROY - Montgomery students on Web Express?
   • Address change.
   • Transcript request status.
   • Enrollment verification request status.
   • Test summary.
7. What if I'm not a currently enrolled TROY - Montgomery student?
   • Complete an application for admission --- you may do this at the admissions page.
   • Register on days of walk-in registration for the semester which you wish to attend (see the calendar for more information)
   • After registering, you will receive a brochure describing how to access Web Express services in the future.
