Note: You do
not need to log in merely to search classes. You will need to log
in to register.
The absolute minimum needed to use the new Schedule screen properly is the term and the location of courses. The term tells the program which term to search, and the location of Montgomery is 'M01 - Montgomery'.

When you have selected a term, you will get a screen that looks as
follows:

Course
Name and Title has four pieces of information that the student needs:
- Subject.
- Course Number.
- Three letter course designation code ---
- First letter: Term designation. "A", "B", or "C".
NOTE: If the entire designation is "LCS", this is a learning
contract designation. If you are interested in taking a

- Second letter: Course section.
- Third letter: Type of course ---
"R" = Resident (in class) "T" = Television "L" = Live into Cable "I" = Internet
- Course Title.
The above highlighted course reads
Accounting (ACT) 2291, is a "B" term course (second
eight-weeks of the fall), and is a Resident class.
Meeting Information has five pieces of information the student needs.
- Building where the class meets. The codes are:

MWHI -- WHITLEY HALL, 231 Montgomery Street

MBAR -- BARTLETT HALL, 126 Church Street

MMAX -- MAXWELL AFB

MGUN -- GUNTER ANNEX

MRPL -- ROSA PARKS LIBRARY AND MUSEUM, 252 Montgomery Street
- The room number. In the example above, this reads room
217 of
BARTLETT HALL.
- Delivery method. In this case, LEC means "classroom
lecture". LAB means "lab".
- Days met. In this case, TTH means Tuesday and
Thursday.
- Times met, from beginning to end of class. In this case, the
class meets from 5:30 to 7:50 PM.
