MHEC Libraries
Montgomery Higher Education Consortium. As a member of the Montgomery Higher Education Consortium (MHEC), the TROY Montgomery Campus Rosa Parks Library has expanded its services to include checkout privileges at other local academic libraries. A reciprocal agreement has been established between the Troy University Montgomery Campus Rosa Parks Library and libraries at the following institutions:
With appropriate authorization, Troy University Montgomery Campus faculty, staff and currently enrolled students may be issued an annual consortium sticker for their Troy University ID card (Trojan card). The sticker is valid at any MHEC library as long as the individual meets the criteria for eligibility.
Each MHEC library establishes borrowing privileges for their materials. See each library for their circulation rules and regulations.
If a MHEC library user accumulates a fine, he/she is no longer eligible to borrow from member institution libraries until fines are paid. Fines will be assessed to all eligible MHEC library users at the current rate established by the individual MHEC library.
