Television Policies
1. First Day of Classes: Telecourse students must attend the first class meeting during the first week of the session in order to remain enrolled in the course. For telecourses that do not have a meeting during the first week of class, you must contact your instructor by the end of the first week of class. Failure to report to class or to report to your instructor may result in automatic drop from the course.
2. Students must activate and maintain their individual troy.edu E-mail accounts to receive critical course information and syllabi when applicable. For information on activating your troy.edu E-mail account go online (https://mail.troy.edu).
3. There will be a telecourse lab fee of $10 per semester hour for the telecourses.
4. Cable programs can be viewed only in Montgomery, Autauga and Elmore counties on Charter Cable channel 96, on Knology Cable channel 43 and on Bright House Cable channel 57.

6. Alabama Public Television (APT) in the Montgomery area is on WAIQ channel 26, on Charter Cable and Knology Cable channel 5, on Bright House Cable channel 10.
7. Veteran’s Benefits - If you are pursuing a degree, VA now pays for Telecourses even if you are not registered for a resident course. For information, please call (334) 241-9519.

9. Most classes meet in Bartlett Hall, 126 Church Street. Assigned classrooms and any classroom changes will be posted at the Bartlett Hall entrance.
