Objectives of Davis Elementary Staff and Faculty are:

  • Help each child grow in his or her ability to think rationally, to express his or her thoughts clearly, to listen and to read with understanding.
  • Help each child develop critical thinking skills which will develop his or her ability to make decisions and judgments in life.
  • Evaluate each child's progress regularly.
  • Provide an opportunity for each child to express himself or herself creatively.

Pupils at Davis Elementary are scheduled for weekly enrichment programs that include: computer, library, vocal music, physical education and group counseling.

A local high school provided mentors to tutor pupils for one-hour 3 days each week.

The school mascot is a dolphin.

The school colors are red and white.
