Car Tag Scholarship

Amount: The scholarship will cover the tuition for one three-hour course.

Availability: One award beginning each fall and is renewable for the spring semester providing the recipient maintains an overall 2.5 GPA and enrolls for at least two courses.

Application Deadline: Ten days after fall semester begins.

Award Notification: The scholarship committee will notify selected students.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Recipient must be a freshman at TROY-Montgomery
• Have an overall 3.0 GPA at TROY-Montgomery and have earned a minimum of 9 semester hours at TROY-Montgomery
• Enrolled for at least two courses
• Recipient must be a resident of Alabama
• Submit a typed essay indicating how the scholarship would benefit you and you future plans
