Tuition and Business Procedures

It is the responsibility of the student to see that all tuition and fees are paid. Financial Aid must be Guaranteed at the time of registration for the student to be classified as a financial aid recipient. Financial aid recipients are responsible for the balance of tuition and fees not paid by their award. Past due indebtedness will be submitted to a collection agency. Additional collection fees will be added to the indebtedness amount.

INDEBTEDNESS
TROY - Montgomery reserves the right to withhold transcripts, grades, and
diplomas and to deny re-enrollment or participation in commencement ceremonies to any student who has not met full financial obligation to TROY - Montgomery, or to students who have failed to return books to any library used by TROY - Montgomery students.

SEMESTER PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Pay all tuition

($170 per hour, undergraduate and $182 per hour graduate) & fees ($50 total) at the time of registration (additionally, you will pay a one-time application fee of $30 for undergraduate or $50 for graduate, if you are a new student).

2. Tuition Payment Plan (TTP)

The TTP consists of three interest free installment payments, plus a $25.00 TPP fee.

1. First Payment: due at the Time of Registration: One-third of all tuition and fees. (additionally, you will pay a one-time application fee of $30 for undergraduate or $50 for graduate, if you are a new student).

2. Second Payment: half of the remaining balance plus
one-half of the payment plan fee ($12.50) is due approximately 30 days from the first day of the semester.

3. Third Payment: remaining balance plus one-half of the payment plan fee($12.50) is due approximately 60 days from the first day of the semester.

NOTE: $50.00 late payment fee will be assessed to all accounts that are delinquent on payment plan. Student accounts for Term A, B S must be paid in full before the student can register for another semester.

Internet, mail, fax and telephone registrations are also required to pay the 1/3 tuition per course and the 1/3 registration fee due by the first day of the semester. For Payment Plan information, please call the Whitley Cashier at (334) 241-9517 or the Maxwell Cashier at (334) 241-9611.


*You may submit the first payment (which is 1/3 of your total balance due) and participate in the Payment Plan (three interest free installment payments). Or, you may pay your Tuition and Fees in Full at the time you submit your signed registration form.

Late Payment: $50.00 required late payment fee will be assessed after the final payment date (See Academic Calendar on the semester schedule for dates).

  3. Drop Box: Whitley Hall Lobby, Maxwell Bookstore Hallway, or Gunter Bookstore Hallway (Include Student Name and SS# with payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card Number and Expiration Date)

  4. Web Payment: Go to www.troy.edu and click on Trojan Web Express

Students enrolled in the Payment Plan (TPP) are required to comply with the administrative and financial policies published in the TROY - Montgomery Semester Schedule.
