Transcript Requests

An official transcript is one that bears the official university seal and is issued by the registrar's office*. It reflects all transferred credit accepted, non-traditional credit accepted, and credit courses taken at TROY-Montgomery Campus.

To receive a consolidated official transcript, a student must:

1. Receive an admission status other than "unclassified" or "temporary".

2. Clear all outstanding financial obligations to the Troy University.

3. Prepare a Transcript Request form at any TROY-Montgomery Campus administrative office and pay the appropriate fee.
 


To Order Transcripts, a student can do either of the following three things:

  1. Mail requests to TROY University, P.O. Drawer 4419, Montgomery, AL 36103-4419, ATTN: Transcript Clerk and include a check or money order.

  2. Fax a request to: 334 | 241.9714 including a visa or master card number and expiration date.

  3. Stop by Room 418, Whitley Hall and fill out a transcript Request form.

The fee is $7.50 per transcript. 

*NOTE: Official copies are mailed from one institution to another. Student copies are stamped, "Issued to Student."
