TROY - Montgomery Tuition Refund Policy Students who drop or withdraw before the deadline listed on the "student calendar" and the semester schedule will receive a full tuition and lab refund (less miscellaneous fees). No refunds of tuition are made after this date, unless the drop or withdrawal is documented to show reasons beyond the student's control. Adequacy of documentation is at the discretion of the university. The Business Office requires 30 days to process all refunds. Refund checks will be mailed to the student's current address. Financial Aid recipients who withdraw before completing 60% of the term will be required to pay a prorated amount of their financial aid. Federal regulations require TROY - Montgomery to return a prorated amount to the Department of Education. Thus, the student is responsible for paying the amount returned. Non-Refundable Miscellaneous Fees: Application Fee, Late Registration Fee, Drop/Withdrawal Fee, Payment Plan Fee, Diploma Fee, Late Payment Fee, Return Check Fee, Testing Fees, ID Replacement, Parking Pass Replacement. |
