TROY
University - Montgomery Campus is an adult evening institution
catering to the needs of the adult learner. The typical TROY
Montgomery student works full-time, has
family responsibilities, and attends TROY Montgomery on a part-time basis. TROY
Montgomery recognizes the needs,
motivations, and time constraints of the adult learner.
TROY Montgomery further recognizes that mature students not only profit from, but contribute to, the
excellence of an institution. For this reason, TROY Montgomery seeks to provide continuing
opportunities for students to evaluate their learning experience and to offer
recommendations for ways to improve it.
TROY Montgomery faculty are committed to adult education. They conduct their classes in such a way as
to capitalize on the experiential learning brought to the class by the students. In this
way, students participate to the fullest extent in their own learning and in that of their
classmates. TROY Montgomery, through its three divisions - Arts & Sciences, Business, and
Counseling, Education & Psychology - grants associate, bachelor's, master's and
educational specialist degrees.
