Name Changes
If a student changes names or address after the initial admission at
TROY - Montgomery, the student
must complete a Change of Name or Address Form at any TROY -
Montgomery administrative office. In order
for the Records Office to effect a name change, we must have a certified copy of a court
order, marriage certificate, or other official court documentation. Additionally, students
using veteran's benefits must file a Change of Name or address Form with the VA certifying
official.
